We set off for Cairo Airport bright and early, retracing our transatlantic journey from Day 1. Our reliable Magic Carpet Travel bus arrived at 6:00 AM to take us to the airport. After a brief layover in Istanbul, we boarded our final flight to Miami International Airport (MIA). From MIA, we took an Uber back to the same hotel in Miami where we stayed before the trip, and the next day, we drove back home.
What an exciting, fun-filled, and educational adventure this has been! We met many new people and reconnected with old friends. Goodbye, Egypt, but not for good!
